Rugby Fixtures: Ireland Confirm November Nations Championship Dates, Finals Weekend Tickets On Sale

Ireland’s rugby fixtures for the inaugural Nations Championship are set, with a Friday night opener against Argentina at Aviva Stadium in November and tickets now on sale for the Grand Finals weekend in London. The November home schedule will be followed by a trip to Twickenham for the tournament’s climax.

Rugby Fixtures For Ireland’s Northern Series

The national side will launch its home campaign under Friday Night Lights when Argentina visit Dublin on Friday, November 6. Two further Tests at Aviva Stadium follow on successive Saturdays against Fiji and world champions South Africa. Kick-off times for all three games are yet to be confirmed.

  • Friday, November 6 — Ireland vs Argentina, Aviva Stadium
  • Saturday, November 14 — Ireland vs Fiji, Aviva Stadium
  • Saturday, November 21 — Ireland vs South Africa, Aviva Stadium

Ticket sale details for the Dublin matches will be confirmed in due course, with an initial window expected for Supporters Club members ahead of a wider general sale in July.

There is fresh recent context to two of these opponents. The last meeting with Los Pumas came in 2024, when a strong first-half display underpinned a tight 22-19 victory that featured first caps for Thomas Clarkson and Sam Prendergast. That same year, Ireland defeated Fiji 52-17, running in eight tries and handing international debuts to Cormac Izuchukwu and Gus McCarthy. South Africa return to Dublin after recording a powerful win on their most recent visit just a few months ago.

London Finals Weekend: Dates, Venue And Price

The Grand Finals weekend will be staged at Twickenham in London from Friday, November 27 to Sunday, November 29. Tickets have gone on sale, with an Ireland fan package that guarantees a seat at Ireland’s game priced at €190. 80.

Ireland’s opponent for the Finals Weekend will be determined by their standing in the combined Northern and Southern series tables.

Summer Schedule Sets The Stage

Before the November slate, Ireland’s Southern Series features three July Tests: Australia in Sydney on Saturday, July 4 at Allianz Stadium; Japan a week later on Saturday, July 11 at a venue to be confirmed; and New Zealand on Saturday, July 18 at Eden Park in Auckland.

The November run at home, the Finals Weekend in London, and the July tour collectively shape a demanding year of rugby fixtures, with further details on kick-off times and domestic ticket sales still to come.
