Arthur Fils Climbs Eight Spots as ATP Rankings Shift After Doha

Monday at 9: 00 a. m. ET, arthur fils moved up eight places to No. 34 in the latest ATP rankings. The change follows weekend results in Doha and Rio that reshuffled players inside and just outside the top 30.

Arthur Fils’ Doha run and the immediate ripple

Arthur Fils reached the final in Doha on Saturday after spending months focusing on his physical recovery, and that performance propelled his jump to 34th. He now sits just behind Tomas Etcheverry, who vaulted 18 places to No. 33 after winning his first title in Rio on Sunday.

Carlos Alcaraz remains No. 1 while Djokovic and Sinner hold position

Carlos Alcaraz continues to top the hierarchy at No. 1, with Jannik Sinner second and Novak Djokovic third. Djokovic has not competed in a tournament since losing the final at the Australian Open on Feb. 1. Jakub Mensik, a 20-year-old semifinalist in Doha, gained three places to reach a career-best No. 13.

Top-50 shakeups: Tabilo, Korda, Paul and a points snapshot

Alejandro Tabilo posted the largest rise inside the top 50, jumping 26 places to No. 42 after his run to the final in Rio. Sebastian Korda, winner at Delray Beach, climbed ten spots to No. 40, while Tommy Paul, a finalist in Florida, moved up to No. 22 (+2). On the Canadian front, Félix Auger-Aliassime is listed with 4, 080 points at No. 8, and the rankings list also shows Alejandro Davidovich Fokina with 2, 470 points and Francisco Cerúndolo with 2, 170 points. Stefanos Tsitsipas holds 1, 535 points, and Arthur Rinderknech is recorded with 1, 530 points; Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard and Pierre-Hugues Herbert appear with 905 and 338 points, respectively.

Other shifts noted this week include Denis Shapovalov slipping one place to No. 36, Tommy Paul’s rise to No. 22, and Sebastian Korda’s rebound into the top 40 following his Delray Beach victory.

Women’s top-10 and remaining holdouts

On the women’s side, the only change inside the top 10 this week was Jasmine Paolini moving up one spot while Mirra Andreeva slipped one place. Victoria Mboko remains positioned at No. 10.

For now, the rankings reflect tournament outcomes from Doha, Delray Beach, Rio and Florida over the weekend and the physical recoveries and title runs that followed.
